REGISTRATION and ACCOMMODATION




REGISTRATION
The symposium registration fee is $US 510, if paid before March 30, 2008 and $US 585 after that date. On site registration will cost $US 795. This fee will cover participation in all technical sessions, a Welcome Reception on May 11 and a copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings. For accompanying persons, the registration fee is $US 70 and will include the Welcome Reception and a half-day tour: V1 - Historical Visit of Marrakech in an air-conditioned coach including a Moroccan style lunch in a panoramic restaurant near the famous Jemaa El-Fna Square.

For full-time students, the registration fee is $US 100 subject to proof of status (e.g., a copy of their student identification, or a letter from their supervisor or department head), which will cover participation in all technical sessions, a copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings and the Welcome Reception.

ACCOMMODATION
All available rooms at the Kenzi Farah Hotel have now been reserved. Arrangements have been made by Intour, the symposium travel agent, with several other hotels in the vicinity. Their names, locations and room rates are listed on this page . Accommodation at these hotels must be booked through Intour, at the address given on the same page .


VISA REQUIREMENTS
Information about Visa requirements has been supplied by the Moroccan Consulate General in Sydney. However, delegates are advised to make their own enquiries as well. A formal letter of invitation will be sent to authors on request to the CHT-08 email address.
